How is a virtual consultation different from a physical one?

A virtual consultation is a way to have your questions answered without the need for travel. It is an online interview where you can ask any questions you may have about hair restoration or hair replacement.

How long after my hair transplant will my new hair get just as secure as m existing hair?

It depends on the type of transplant that you get. In general, however, it can take anywhere from four months to a year for the transplanted hair to fully mature and become permanent.

What is the recovery process after a hair replacement procedure like?

The recovery time after a hair transplantation is minimal. Most patients are able to return to their normal activities within days or weeks of the procedure.

What is shock loss in hair transplantation?

Shock loss is a term used to describe the shedding of small amounts of hair following an FUE procedure. It is normal, and most patients experience this phenomenon. Shock loss is not harmful to your scalp, but it is a natural part of the healing process.

Are there specific things to avoid after my hair transplant procedure?

Yes. Our hair specialists will speak with you after your procedure on specific things to avoid while your hair recovers. Overall, you should avoid any activity that might cause pain or irritation

How soon after my hair transplant can I get back to doing my normal activities?

You should avoid strenuous activities like running or playing sports for at least four weeks after the procedure, but most people are able to return to their usual activities within 3-4 weeks.

How soon after my hair replacement procedure can I get back to my normal work routine?

A week or so after the surgery, you will be able to return to your regular work routine. However, take it easy for a week and do not push yourself too hard.
